Staff were great. Location is great, very close to the Moncloa interchange and an easy walk to the Museo de América. There is a metro stop right outside the hotel, so Sol (line 3), Plaza de España (line 3), Aeropuerto (line 6 & 8) are all easy to reach. Lots of local places to eat nearby too, plus McDonald's and Taco Bell if you really have to ;)

The hotel is very beautiful, with nice location right to the metro station, and also not more than 10-15 min. walk from the city center. Our room was very clean, extremely well-equipped and comfortable. The terrace with the bar had amazing views of Madrid, and lots of space to chill around. The breakfast was delicious as well, with a little bit of something for everyone.

The connection with the city centre through metro, exactly in front of the hotel. The great variety and quality of the breakfast. The cleaning of the rooms. The every day welcome cold water with herbs and the fruits in the reception. The polite and very helpful staff.

Very polite and attentive staff. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and clean. There are many useful amenities, including an iron and ironing board in the room, which is nice. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the metro exit. We were attending a festival that took place in the Ciudad Universitaria, so this location was important for us. The air conditioner worked properly, the room temperature was comfortable, and the bed was comfortable.

Very good location with metro station literally across the street, very nice breakfast, nice and comfortable room, a lot of self-care products provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion in big bottles, plus individual shower cap, comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, vanity set, slippers). The staff members were helpful.

The property was a great space to stay, with amenities such as a gym, pool, terrace bar (with great views). The rooms were spacious and neat. Breakfast was also good too. The property is also located opposite the Metro station which made access around Madrid very easy.

It is located near the Moncloa bus/metro station, therefore well connected to various locations. Friendly personnel. The room and the bathroom were clean, with toiletries, including toothbrush! The breakfast was very expensive, but with a rich buffet, sweet and savoury food as well as fruits. Good quality. The hotel has also a swimming pool that I didn't try.

in a great location directly across from the subway, loads of shops and pharmacies around the place. the rooms were cleaned daily and staff were very helpful. the rooftop pool and terrace were lovely, however i felt the drinks were on the expensive side.

The room was great size; The hotel is in great location and our view overlooked the city with a great outside place to sit and eat/drink; loved the rooftop and pool; the service was great; easy to get cab; super easy to get to metro; great lil bars and more around the block; its not central to monuments etc, but still bustling city streets. We loved the fridge, cleanliness and the great amazing breakfasts.

The location was excellent, out of the main city centre but extremely easy to reach by subway. The stop was just across the street. The staff were super friendly, the hotel was really clean and the roof bar was lovely for an evening nightcap.
